We are employee-centric. We care about our employees more than anyone else. We believe that if a company cares about its employees, it obviously is going to provide value to its customers. Those who are customer-centric are actually money-centric. Our idea towards a healthy customer-employee relationship is to focus on a person's well-being irrespective of whether he is a customer or an employee. Money is always going to be our second priority. We may make less money due to that but we want everyone from our company, whether a customer or a team member, to go home happy :)
