Normal cause is you didnt unpack the package before trying to install it. As the d/l package says., unzip_first

There are two zip files in the package, one module and one component. Install them one at a time.

We have checked the file. It's working fine. seems like some issues with your Joomla setup. Please have a look.

Have never heard of any such issue from over 3000 users who downloaded it from the same mirror as you are.
